elite 4 and the one against red is still bugged i guess, i didn't get damaged at all so it was quite easy, except for the 1st 2 parts of elite 4, just use ice pokemon so you dont freeze and use surf on the 2nd part and ignore the giant muks. remember to click, hold, and drop the poisoned ones so they dont die.

its the easiest cause you only need to use 6 shadow voltorbs/electrodes which can be received from achievements. 3 from your account and 3 from a friend. i got mine that way
whoo, shadow zapdos is the easiest to get among all the shadow legendary birds
too dependent on luck, could be better with a few more added things though.
