In the level where the VIPs are in a cave, try using bombs in the holes so that you can safely pass without being hit by a rocket launcher!
Try to use spies in more risky situations, since they can remain undetected for long periods of time if used wisely.
It seems like there's a glitch or two. I got an "extra life" and then crashed a while later and it said "game over".
When you're running out of moves and you have the container to get rid of all skulls, make as many moves as you can of just three as a last resort to accumulate skulls and then use the "eliminate all skulls" power.
I also didn't get the achievements... something might have glitched up with the server.
